WARD VILLAGE
Honolulu, Hawaii
Bill recently returned to Southern California from Honolulu where he was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for The Howard Hughes Corporation - Hawaii. He was responsible for the residential sales activity at Ward Village, a 20-acre mixed-use master planned community. The luxury towers ranged from $400,000 - $36,000,000. Bill introduced new sales techniques and marketing strategies which resulted in; capturing more than 50% of the directly competitive market share, exceeded the company business plan by an astounding $92,000,000, reduced the cancellation rate from 40% to 11%, and was under budget by $9,000,000 for allowable incentives.
The WINDROWS
Fontana, California
Built by Mco Development company, Windrows is a 112-unit condominium project priced in the mid $300,000’s and located in Fontana, California. In the ten weeks prior to Bill taking control of the sales and marketing of this project, there were literally zero sales. Bill facilitated the complete rebranding of the community including remerchandising the model homes and sales office, created new collateral and implemented a completely new marketing presentation, as well as staffing and managing the sales office. The results………..a net weekly sales rate of 2+ per week.
