Ward Village is a 60-acre mixed use master plan in Honolulu, Hawaii, ultimately consisting of up to twenty luxury high­rise towers with residences priced from $400,000 - $36,000,000, a premier movie theater, more than forty restaurants, shops, parks and more. In early 2016, we searched for a sales and marketing executive who would be talented enough to create the sales velocity needed to allow us to maintain a construction pace of building at least one additional tower per year, a goal unheard of in Hawaii. We found that executive in Bill Pisetsky. 
Bill was responsible for our sales and marketing efforts in our offices in Hawaii and Japan. Thanks to Bill's critical sales training as well as the unique marketing strategies he introduced, our sales rates soon began to rise. Before long, our monthly sales goals were exceeding our business plan expectations. As time progressed, our sales soared, far outpacing all of our competition and dramatically exceeding our business plan. 
Bill is much more than a sales manager. Bill became coach and mentor not only to his sales team, but to many who worked alongside him. In return for all he taught them, our team dedicated themselves to Bill and to Ward Village. His results of sold out towers before completion were literally historic in this marketplace. 
Both on a personal and a professional level, we were saddened when Bill advised us of his need to return to California. However, he left a legacy that is felt by our Hawaii and Japan team every day.
